ughh i tried so hard to eat meat again but no matter how smoothly i introduce it into my diet and even if I’m eating the best quality meat i still wake up in the middle of the night with the most awful pains in my tummy. been having them since i was little. MEAT JUST AINT MY THANG GRRR! but lucky me i LOOVE tofu and veggies <3
